Wholesale Terms And Conditions

Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a Studio 73 stockist.

If you would like to be considered for a wholesale account, please fill out the Wholesale Application, or CONTACT US – we will be happy to assist you.

Please be advised that approval is solely at our discretion. We do not offer wholesale accounts to businesses with less then 1 year of trading. We reserve the right to refuse OR grant a wholesale account to applicants who do not meet our wholesale criteria.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AT OUR DISCRETION

Requirements

1. Businesses must be either a retail store front (bricks & mortar), online store or other similar retail operation, for the purpose of reselling Studio 73 products to the general public.

  • Retail Storefronts: We may request a photograph of the storefront, or lease agreement.
  • Online Stores: All online stores are checked to be operational before wholesale access can be granted.  Online stores should have shopping cart software with secure payment facilities.
  • Other store types are reviewed individually and approval is at our sole discretion.
  • Business trading a minimum of 1 year.

2. All Australian businesses must supply their ABN (Australian Business Number)

3. All businesses must be prepared to supply a copy of their business name registration, if requested.

We only allow wholesale access to businesses of a retail nature.

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and include GST.  All international orders are always GST-free.

Your cart will be updated accordingly depending on your location.

Payments

We accept payment through Paypal or by Credit Card.  Please note that orders will not be sent until cleared payment is received.

We have a minimum first order value of $200 excluding postage. If you do not meet this minimum requirement your order will be refunded and your wholesale account disabled and set back to a normal retail account.

Additional orders must be over $100 excluding postage.

You must place at least one order totalling at least $150 excluding postage every 3 months otherwise your account will be deactivated.

Australian Shipping

Shipping cost is shown at checkout and is calculated by weight. All postage costs are from Australia post at the time of check out.

All orders are sent via Australia Post or other couriers if requested and include tracking at no extra charge.

We endeavour to pack and send your order as soon as possible,  but please allow up to 14 business days for processing of your order.

Transit times depend on the individual carrier and are not guaranteed – however in most cases, please allow 2-10 business days for delivery. Estimated delivery time is shown at the check out.

We are an ONLINE ONLY business, and as such do not have a storefront to visit.  Please contact us via email with any questions you may have.

International Shipping (NO LONGER AVAILABLE DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF SHIPPING)

We offer international shipping, based on the order’s weight.  All postage costs are from Australia post and are shown at the time of check out.

If you would like to see the cost of shipping simply head to the checkout page and it will be shown under the sub total.

All orders are sent via Australia Post AirMail. Most international zones, including New Zealand, USA & Canada, and Europe, have tracking available.  If tracking is available on your order, you will be offered the choice when checking out. (Australia Post excludes some zones from their Pack and Track International network).

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes that are charged by Customs in their country.

We endeavour to pack and send your order as soon as possible. However,  please allow up to 5 business days for processing of your order. You will be notified by email when your order has been sent.

Order Processing Times

Orders are packed as soon as possible. All orders are packed and processed in the order they are recieved.

Please allow up to 14 Business Days for processing of your order. If longer processing times are expected, I will contact you.

Orders are not processed until full payment is received.

Return Policy

All orders are hand-picked by us, and are checked for quality and correctness at the time of packing. We take great care to pack our orders to avoid damage in transit.

We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. If you are concerned about orders being lost in the mail, you can opt to pay an extra fee for Registered Post/Signature on Delivery.  All orders are tracked through Australia Post’s Click and Send service, so we will be notified when you receive your parcel.

In the extremely rare event that you receive a faulty/damaged item, please make contact with us via our Contact page within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.  We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for a “change of mind”.

Purchasing our products as a wholesale customer gives you the right to sell our physical products to individual customers in a retail environment. You are not permitted to reproduce our designs with the intent to sell, manufacture, or reproduce our products.
